Message for the recipe.

Delicious with just pepper or vinegar. Can be sliced put into fish pie or stir fry. Clean & soak in clean water for 2 hours soak. Put into boiling water 10-13 minutes inside the shell.  When cooked , use a fork to gently twist out of the shell.

Dinner Thursday 🍽️. Ingredients 👇.  Mixed fried rice & pork 😀  Rice, mixed vegetables,egg, mushroom, salt, pepper, oyster sauce,onion. Pork, salt, pepper & garlic granules. Pan fried quickly, seal juices inside, then oven.
