Cajun spice mix ingredients. 3 tsp. ground cumin. 4 tsp. Smoked paprika. 2 tsp. dried thyme. 2 tsp. dried oregano. 1 tsp. red chilli flakes 1 tsp. Garlic salt. 1 tbsp. Olive oil. 1 lemon. Finely grate lemon zest & juice. Thoroughly mix ingredients. Coat the chicken breast & marinade for 2-3 hours.
