Vegetable soup for 2.

Ingredients.

1 tbsp. Vegetable oil

500ml. Water hot.

Vegetable stock cube.

1 tbsp. Tomato puree.

Corn flour to thicken.

1/2 cup. Cabbage sliced.

1/2 cup. Broccoli cut.

1 large Carrot cubed.

3 medium Potato cubed.

1/2 small Onion chopped.

3 cloves Garlic finely cut.

1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme

1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley

1/2 tsp. Dried Basil

1/4 tsp. Celery salt

Black pepper to taste.

1/3 tsp. Smoked paprika

1/2 tsp. Vegetable Bouillon Powder.


Method 


Heal the oil.

Add garlic & onion couple of

minutes cook.

Add, then mix .

Thyme, Parsley, Basil

Celery salt, Black pepper

Add

Hot water & stock cube, stir.

Add Smoked paprika, Vegetable Bouillon Powder,

tomato puree & stir.

Cabbage,Broccoli,

Carrot,Potato & stir.

Cook for a few minutes,

then add in corn

flour to thicken to your taste.

Add a little salt if you want.

Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Taste add more salt, pepper if required.

Serve.
